When booking an appointment to get their hair done, clients are expected to adhere to the following policies:

1. Late Policy: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointment. A grace period of 10 minutes is given, after which the appointment may be canceled. In case the client is running late, they should inform the stylist in advance to avoid any inconvenience.

2. Deposits and Payments Policy: A deposit may be required to secure an appointment. Payment for the services provided should be made at the end of the appointment. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, Cashapp, and online payments via Zelle. If a client cancels their appointment without giving a 24-hour notice, their deposit may be forfeited.

3. Hair Preparation Policy: Before the stylist's arrival, clients are expected to have their hair washed, dried, and detangled. If the stylist has to spend extra time preparing the hair for styling, an additional fee may be charged.

4. Client Readiness Policy: Clients are expected to be ready for their appointment. This includes having the necessary hair (bundles/braiding hair), accessories, etc. If the client is not prepared, the stylist may not be able to deliver the desired results.

5. Payment Policy: Clients are expected to make the payment at the end of the appointment. In case of a late payment, a late fee may be charged.

Possible Outcomes:
If the client fails to follow any of the policies mentioned above, the following outcomes may occur:
1. The appointment may be canceled.
2. The deposit may be forfeited.
3. An additional fee may be charged.
4. The client will no longer be able to book future appointments.
Clients are required to comply with these policies to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.
